About Ronni Frey

Ronni Frey brings a unique combination of professional expertise and personal experience to families navigating the complex responsibilities of estate settlement. She earned her B.S. in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Loyola University Chicago, and is also a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC).

For 25 years, Ronni worked as an Executive Assistant and Finance Manager, where she honed her organizational, administrative, and financial management expertise.

Before that, she spent 15 years as a psychotherapist and addiction counselor, developing deep skills in communication, empathy, and guiding clients through life’s most difficult transitions. She also led grief support groups, further strengthening her ability to walk alongside individuals and families during times of loss.

Alongside her professional career, Ronni has personally served as the executor of multiple estates, giving her firsthand insight into the detailed, time-consuming, and often overwhelming demands of the role.

Drawing on this rare blend of practical know-how, discretion, and compassion, Ronni founded Executor Support Solutions to assist executors and families with the many administrative, financial, and personal tasks involved in settling an estate. Her mission is simple: to ease the burden so families can focus on honoring their loved ones and finding peace during transition.
